Who should be responsible for legionella

For the last 20 years, the country has become acutely aware of a new environmental risk known as Legionella (also known as Legionnaire’s disease). This article explores that issue from a legal perspective and considers potential theories of liability, risk, and defenses to legal claims arising from this disease.
